Can we email reports to leadership?
Yes. Workspace admins use Reports → Schedule to email weekly packs, executive summaries, science digests, or at-risk registers to a recipient list.
Can one account have multiple deals?
Yes. Pipeline Intelligence separates accounts (company, contacts, account docs) from opportunities (stage, value, deal description, deal docs). Open the account dossier → Deals tab to add deals, switch the active deal, or set a primary for rollups.
How does at-risk scoring work?
The Risk tab ranks flagged accounts by priority score—overdue follow-ups, days since last touch, competitor signals, and tier-1 coverage. Open a dossier, schedule follow-up, or export the risk register as PDF from Reports.
Is there a team view with pipeline goals?
Yes. Team View shows each rep's market focus, pipeline goal, active pipeline, attainment, and account count. Set goals in Admin Panel → User accounts; totals roll up to dashboard gauges.
Does the app include a sales calendar?
Yes. Calendar surfaces follow-ups, close targets, tasks, and Risk — act today items. Filter by rep, drag items to another day, and use the day agenda for notes and next steps.
What does each part of the Dashboard mean?

The Dashboard is your workspace command center. It answers how much pipeline you have vs goal, booked revenue, which accounts need attention, how pipeline spreads across stages and reps, and what live AI signals say about key accounts. Use My pipeline for your assigned deals or Team for the whole workspace.
