How is Connect different from Pipeline Intelligence?

Connect is a separate product that includes everything in Pipeline Intelligence plus browser voice, SMS, ticket queues, workspace shared inbox, and Connect Ops. CRM-only teams use Intelligence; phone-first teams use Connect.

Do I need a desk phone?

No. Connect uses a browser softphone—keep the tab open while signed in and allow microphone access. Calls can also ring a mobile number if configured.

What email providers work for shared inbox?

Any work mailbox your team uses—Google, Microsoft, IMAP, Yahoo, iCloud, or custom SMTP hosts. Connect is provider-agnostic; admins connect once under Workspace profile.

What is Connect Ops?

A manager-facing ops surface with live calls map, agent line provisioning, call logs, and usage reporting. Reps work in Connect; admins monitor from Ops.

Are intel runs included?

Yes. Connect includes the full Intelligence platform. Intel usage draws from the same shared monthly pool as standard plans—choose Growth-equivalent capacity or upgrade intel separately.
